About these terms

These terms apply to the use of upquickly.net and to the services of Up Quickly, a web agency based in Winschoten, the Netherlands. Our KvK number is 95074708. By using this site or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

Our services

Up Quickly designs, builds, hosts and maintains websites and provides related digital services such as SEO and online marketing.

The exact scope, price and timeline of any project are agreed in writing (by email or proposal) before work starts. A project only begins after you have accepted that agreement.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. All prices are in euros and exclude VAT (btw) unless stated otherwise.

Invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise in writing. For larger projects we may ask for a deposit before starting work.

Delivery and revisions

We deliver work according to the agreed timeline and keep you informed of progress. Timelines depend on timely delivery of your content, feedback and approvals.

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the agreement. Additional rounds or scope changes may be billed at the agreed hourly rate.

Intellectual property

After full payment, you own the final delivered website and its custom design. We retain the right to reuse general techniques, tools and know-how developed during the project.

You guarantee that any content you supply (text, images, logos) does not infringe third-party rights, and you indemnify us against related claims.

Unless you ask us not to, we may show the delivered work in our portfolio.

Liability

We work with care, but we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost revenue or missed opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant project.

We are not responsible for outages or changes at third parties we integrate with, such as hosting, domain or payment providers.

Maintenance and hosting

Maintenance and hosting plans run monthly and can be cancelled with one month's notice unless agreed otherwise in writing.

When a plan ends, we hand over your website files and data on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
