How Up Quickly collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Who we are
Up Quickly is a web agency based in Winschoten, the Netherlands. We design, build and maintain websites for businesses. Our KvK number is 95074708.
For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at info@upquickly.net or +31 6 83828239.
What data we collect
When you fill in a form on this site (contact, careers or booking), we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company name and message. For job applications we also store your portfolio link, hourly rate and availability.
When you book a call, your name, email and chosen time are processed by our scheduling provider, Calendly.
We also record anonymous usage events (for example which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked) to improve the site. These events are not linked to your name or email.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, process your application, or deliver the service you booked. The legal basis is your request to be contacted (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business (article 6(1)(f)).
We never sell your data and we never use it for advertising to third parties.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on ongoing conversations. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months, or shorter if you ask us to delete them sooner.
You can ask us at any time to view, correct or delete your data by emailing info@upquickly.net. We respond within 30 days.
Who processes your data
Your data is processed by a small number of providers that help us run the site: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and Calendly for scheduling. Each provider processes data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing.
If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services change. The latest version is always on this page. Last updated: September 2026.
